The day had all of the makings of the perfect spring afternoon in Georgia - Warm, a little humid and then - a pop up afternoon thunderstorm just as we were seating the last mother. Looking at the radar 15 minutes before five we believed there was plenty of time for the service to be held in the orchard as planned. God had a different plan for this wedding.
A quick regroup and the wedding was held in the front door of the Cotton Barn with the rain falling behind the bride and groom. We have heard that a wet knot is much harder to untie... Jamie looked like a princess in her wedding gown. She designed her own cake with a princess and the frog topper. Their favors were homemade pecan and chocolate candies. kh Mason Photography got some great photos in spite of the weather. It was great working with y'all. Thanks Philip and Jamie for letting us be part of your wedding to remember!
